This is the ongoing organic work: the technical fixes, the page-by-page optimization, the content, and the local presence work that together decide whether you show up when someone searches for what you sell.
Reporting comes from your own Search Console and GA4. You keep the accounts, the data and the content. If we ever stop working together, none of it leaves with me.
Four stages, and you hear from me as each one moves. The first two are setup work that runs in the early months. The last two continue for as long as we work together.

SEO takes three to twelve months to show meaningful results, and anyone promising faster is either working in a market with no competition or not telling you the truth. Local and long-tail terms move first. Competitive commercial terms take the longest. I will tell you before we start which of those your market looks like, and if paid ads are the better answer for the next six months, I will say that too.
A one-time project for a business that needs the basics right. Technical clean-up, on-page optimization, Google Business Profile and tracking set up so future work can be measured.
SEO is not a project you finish. Rankings move, competitors publish, and what Google rewards keeps changing. I work with a small number of Maine businesses month to month, so the work compounds instead of stalling.

We have been using NorthView Digital for over four years now. We are a very small non-profit with only three employees. Mike is always very responsive to any of our requests. He stays on top of our website for us. We can not say enough about the value we receive from having Mike handling our website.
Three to twelve months, depending on how competitive your market is, the state of the site, and how much content already exists. Local and long-tail terms usually move first. Competitive commercial terms take the longest.
Yes. The site, the content, the Search Console and GA4 accounts and the Google Business Profile are all yours and stay in your name. Nothing is held hostage.
The foundation work is one time. Staying ahead is not. Competitors adjust, algorithms change, and new pages need optimizing. Some businesses do the foundation and stop, and that is a legitimate choice.
Then SEO is the wrong first spend. Google Ads or Local Services Ads can produce calls in weeks, and running them while the organic work compounds is usually the right sequence.
