Web Design & Development
Fast, scalable WordPress sites built around how Augusta customers actually buy.

Augusta is the closest thing I have to a home market. I am based in West Gardiner, about ten minutes down the road, so this is the one place where meeting in person is genuinely easy rather than a favor. If you would rather go through the site sitting at your own table, that is a normal Tuesday here.
It is also a different economy from the coast. State government, healthcare and the businesses and organizations that serve them set the pace, and a lot of that work is won on reputation and referral before anyone opens Google. The job of the site here is usually to confirm what someone has already been told about you, quickly and without friction. Maine Water Utilities Association is a NorthView client serving exactly that audience.
Fast, scalable WordPress sites built around how Augusta customers actually buy.
Ranking work aimed at what Augusta searches for, not vague statewide terms.
The profile that decides whether you show up in the Augusta map pack at all.
Updates, backups, security and speed handled under an ongoing WebCare plan.
Logo, identity and the design work that keeps everything looking like one business.
The Maine Water Utilities Association serves water system operators, municipalities and the professionals around them, an audience that behaves a great deal like Augusta’s own economy. Their real value was already sitting on the site as a library of guides, standards and technical PDFs that almost nobody was finding through search.
The work was turning that library into something Google could actually surface, then measuring it and keeping at it. It is a good example of what this market usually needs: not a louder sales pitch, but making the substance you already have findable.

You are working directly with someone who has spent years building and ranking sites for Maine businesses. I build the site, run the search work, manage the profile and answer the phone, so nothing gets lost between departments. On an Augusta project that usually means fewer meetings, not more.
I am in West Gardiner, about ten minutes away. Local enough to stop by, small enough that you are always talking to the person doing the work.
West Gardiner, about ten minutes from downtown Augusta. I have lived and worked in this part of Maine for years, which mostly matters because I already know the businesses, the seasons and the way word travels here. It also means an in-person meeting costs you nothing.
Yes, and for a different reason than you might expect. A referral almost always looks you up before they call. If what they find is slow, out of date, or missing the service they were told about, you lose people who were already sold. The site's job here is to confirm the recommendation, not to generate it from nothing.
No. I work with small and medium-sized businesses, the kind where the owner or a small team makes the decision and wants the phone to ring. State agencies and hospital systems buy through procurement, which is a different process from anything described on this site. If you are a smaller Augusta business competing for local customers, that is squarely what I do.
Usually faster than Portland, because fewer of your competitors are doing the work properly. Expect Google Business Profile movement within weeks, and meaningful organic movement in three to six months for most service categories.
