IS THIS THE RIGHT FIT

Get found, then get chosen

Most people read reviews before they call. They look at how many you have, how recent they are, and whether anyone bothered to reply. A business with nine reviews from three years ago loses work to one with sixty from this year, even when the work is the same. My review management system asks, follows up and answers, so reviews arrive steadily instead of whenever someone remembers.

Review Management is right if

What steady reviews build over time

Not sure it’s the right fit? Ask me on the form and I’ll give you a straight answer about what more reviews can do for your business.

Every engagement includes

WHAT REVIEW MANAGEMENT COVERS

What Review Management includes

in detail

Automated Requests

Every finished job turns into an ask. Requests go out by text and email, or by a QR code and link you can hand over on site. You set it going and it keeps running.

Follow-ups

Most people mean to leave a review and forget. Anyone who does not respond to the first message gets one reminder, and only those who ignored it. Nobody gets pestered.

Monitoring

Every review across more than eighty sites lands in one place, with an alert the moment something negative appears, so you hear about it from me rather than from a customer.

Review Responses

Every review answered, not just the bad ones. Google and Facebook are handled directly, and responding consistently is a trust signal for customers and for Google.

Templates in Your Voice

Request messages written to sound like you, not like software, so customers recognize who is asking and actually follow through.

Asking On Site

A QR code and a short link you can hand over at the end of a job, for the customers who are happiest standing right in front of you.

Reviews That Help You Rank

How many reviews you have, how recent they are and how you reply all shape how customers and Google judge a local business. A steady flow keeps those signals moving in the right direction.

Reported from your own accounts

A report nobody can check is a sales document. Every number comes from accounts you own.

HOW THE WORK RUNS

Our work process

Four stages. Setup is front-loaded: the first week is templates, review sites and getting the first list in. After that it settles into a rhythm that keeps reviews arriving without you thinking about it.

WHY NORTHVIEW

Honest reviews, handled properly

Everyone gets the same ask. Filtering people so only the happy ones reach Google is against Google’s policies and can get a profile actioned, so I don’t do it. The protection is that you hear about a bad review straight away and it gets answered properly. Your profile stays claimed in your name, and the review work is managed alongside the rest of your local search rather than as a disconnected task.

FAQS

Questions about Review Management

Do reviews help me rank higher on Google?

Yes. Google looks at how many reviews you have, how recent they are and how you respond when it decides which local businesses to show, especially in the map results. Steady, recent reviews also make people more likely to call once they find you, so reviews help you get found and get chosen.

Is this different from SEO?

Related, but not the same. SEO decides whether you get found. Review Management decides whether you get chosen once you are. Plenty of businesses rank well and still lose the call because the reviews underneath look thin or old. They work well together, which is why there is a price for taking both.

Do you ask customers to leave good reviews only?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who offers that. Filtering people so only the happy ones reach Google is against Google’s policies and can get a profile actioned. Everyone gets the same ask. The protection is that you hear about a bad review straight away and it gets answered properly.

How many reviews do I need?

There is no magic number. What matters is that they keep arriving and that they are recent. A steady handful every month beats a burst of thirty that then stops, both for how customers read you and for how Google does.

What do I have to do?

Very little. Either your customer list comes to me once a month, or you send requests yourself from your own login, or you hand out a QR code on site. Most people end up using a mix. The templates and review sites are set up for you at the start.

What does Review Management cost?

With a NorthView Brochure site Review Management is $249 a month. Added to SEO it is $550 a month with a Brochure site or $650 with a Growth site. On a website I don’t build or manage it is $99 a month on its own, or $450 a month together with SEO, which saves $49 against buying both. For a Growth site with Review Management only, ask for a quote.
