Central Maine is home, and Central Maine web design and local SEO is most of what I do. I am based in West Gardiner, right in the middle of it, which puts Augusta, Gardiner, Hallowell, Winthrop and the rest of the Kennebec Valley a short drive away, with Waterville, Lewiston-Auburn and Skowhegan not much farther. Meeting in person is easy here, and if you would rather go through your site sitting at your own table, that is a normal week.
It is a region of smaller markets rather than one big city. Trades, healthcare, professional services and family businesses compete town by town, and a lot of work is won on reputation and referral before anyone opens Google. The job of a website here is to confirm that reputation quickly, show up in the map pack for the towns you actually serve, and make it easy to call. Maine Water Utilities Association, Windsor Fair and the Lewiston Auburn Clean Water Authority are a few of the Central Maine organizations I work with.
Updates, backups, security and speed, included with every NorthView website.
Logo, identity and the design work that keeps everything looking like one business.
The Maine Water Utilities Association serves water system operators, municipalities and the professionals around them, an audience that behaves a great deal like Central Maine’s own economy. Their real value was already sitting on the site as a library of guides, standards and technical PDFs that almost nobody was finding through search.
The work was turning that library into something Google could actually surface, then measuring it and keeping at it. It is a good example of what this market usually needs: not a louder sales pitch, but making the substance you already have findable.

You are working directly with someone who has spent years building and ranking sites for Maine businesses. I build the site, run the search work, manage the profile and answer the phone, so nothing gets lost between departments. On a Central Maine project that usually means fewer meetings, not more. I am in West Gardiner, within a short drive of most of the region. Local enough to stop by, small enough that you are always talking to the person doing the work.
All of them. I am based in West Gardiner, so Augusta, Gardiner, Hallowell, Winthrop, Manchester and the rest of the Kennebec Valley are minutes away, and Waterville, Lewiston-Auburn, Skowhegan and Farmington are an easy drive. If your customers are in Central Maine, I can build a website and run local SEO that reaches them.
Websites start at $175 a month with nothing down, and design, build, hosting, updates, backups, security and your edits are all included. A growth site with service and location pages is $275 a month, and custom projects are quoted per project based on scope. There is a twelve-month minimum, then it runs month to month.
Not every town, but every market that matters. A page for each area you genuinely serve, with something true to say about it, is how a Central Maine business shows up for searches like a service plus Augusta or Waterville. A growth site is built with exactly that structure, and new towns can be added as you expand.
Usually faster than in Portland, because fewer local competitors are doing the work properly. Expect Google Business Profile movement within weeks, and meaningful organic movement in three to six months for most service categories.
Yes, and for a different reason than you might expect. A referral almost always looks you up before they call. If what they find is slow, out of date, or missing the service they were told about, you lose people who were already sold. The site's job is to confirm the recommendation, not to generate it from nothing.
Yes. I am in West Gardiner, so meeting at your shop, your office or a coffee shop in Augusta, Gardiner or Hallowell is easy, and the rest of Central Maine is a short drive. If you would rather handle everything by phone and email, that works just as well.
