A brochure site is $175 a month and a growth site is $275 a month, with nothing down and no setup fee. The monthly price covers the build itself plus hosting, updates, backups, security and your edits, so there is no separate care plan on top. Custom projects are quoted per project based on scope, and you get the number before any work starts. Both plans have a twelve month minimum, then continue month to month.
A straightforward brochure site usually takes two to four weeks. A larger build with service pages, location pages or custom functionality can run closer to one to three months. The biggest variable is almost always how quickly content and feedback come back, so I set a schedule at the start and keep it moving.
